Earina autumnalis
An epiphytic orchid which can be found growing on rocks as well as branches of trees.
It flowers in the autumn, producing a strong scent which some people dislike.
The flowers are like miniature cymbidiums.
Earina mucronata
A very common orchid, found perching on trees in lowland forest throughout much of the country.
It flowers in spring.
Its leaves are longer and narrower than E. autumnalis.
